Shipping Times (please read below for processing times and cut offs. Please keep in mind we do not ship packages out on national holidays they ship next business day)

 

USPS Priority: estimated 2-3 business days 

USPS Express: 1-2 business days (guaranteed orders before 12:30 pm est time)

USPS International: estimated 10-15 business days 

UPS Ground: estimated 1-5 business days 

UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (guaranteed orders before 12:30 pm est time m-f)

DHL Worldwide Express: estimated 1-3 business days

Miami Local Delivery: Same day delivery by 7pm approximately

*also packages which are delayed due to bad weather cannot be guaranteed.

ALL PACKAGES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPPING INSURANCE VIA ROUTE! (MORE INFO HERE. LOCAL DELIVERY NOT INCLUDED)

 

     USPS Priority packages are processed and ship out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered.  Miami and Florida residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. USPS Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes. Please keep in mind that USPS is a government agency ad does not deliver or operate on national holidays. 

     USPS Express shipping is the only guarantee service USPS provides. USPS Express orders take 1-2 business days to be delivered. Orders must be placed BEFORE our cut off time which is 12:30 pm est time. If you place your order after 12:30 pm est time, your order will ship out next business day. If you place your order on Friday before 12:30 pm you will get it next BUSINESS day which will be Monday. 

 

UPS SHIPPING

By request, we are now offering UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air services to our customers.

     For UPS Ground, orders take 24-48 hours to be processed, and take 1-5 business days to be delivered depending on your area. Our site gives you an ESTIMATE on how many days it will take to be delivered to your area. Please be ADVISED that does not count the processing times (24-48 business hours and closed Saturday and Sunday). We ship out orders Monday-Friday and are closed on weekends. Ground shipping is not a guaranteed service, meaning even if our website estimate says 1 day it might not get to you in 1 day as there can be delays due to bad weather or holidays.

 

     UPS Next Day Air service IS GUARANTEED, however, orders must be placed BEFORE our cut off time which is 12:30 pm est time. If you place your order after 12:30 pm est time, your order will ship out next business day. If you place your order on Friday before 12:30 pm you will get it next BUSINESS day which will be Monday. Our warehouse is closed on weekends therefore any orders placed after 12:30 Pm est on Fridays and throughout the weekend will ship out on Monday.

 

International Shipping

We offer USPS International Shipping. All international orders take 24-48 hours to ship. USPS takes about 10-15 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated).

 

DHL WORLD WIDE EXPRESS is our fastest shipping speed for international shipments and take 1-3 business days depending on the area. DELAYS CAN HAPPEN AND DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS shipping times are just ESTIMATES. Shipping times for DHL CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. DHL and USPS is not available to all countries at this time. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

Please note: Diva is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about your package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Diva Boutique and cannot be refunded or resent. 

 

Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it. 

Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Diva Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. If you insured your package with ROUTE you are covered in these situations, please see our page on that by clicking HERE

IMPORTANT* If you don't receive your package and the tracking doesn't say delivered please reach out to us within 45 days of the date of shipping. We CANNOT file a claim with USPS after that date. They have a strict time limit on case filings and if it is past this date they will not let us open a claim, therefore we cannot replace the package or issue a refund.   

Local Miami Delivery 

Now offering same day local Miami delivery within a 15 mile radius of our fulfillment center in Doral. Order must be placed before 12:30 PM est time in order to be delivered same day. Any orders placed after that time will automatically ship next business day. Orders placed Friday after 12:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday as we are closed on weekends. Order will arrive by 7 pm EST approximately or before. If you wish to return a local delivery item, it must be shipped back to our facility, no exceptions. If you live in an apartment complex or within a gated community, please be sure to be able to open the gate for the driver to be able to deliver your package either at your front door or complex office. If the driver does not have access the package will be taken back to our facilities and you will have to repay for the delivery. No exceptions.

NOTE* If your order is over $500 you MUST be present at the time of delivery to receive and sign for the package for package safety reasons. If you are not there at the time of delivery to sign, the courier will return the package to us and you will have to repay the delivery fee. No exceptions.
