We use USPS Priority shipping. Shipping starts at $6 flat rate and is FREE if your order is over $75. Items ship out 1-2 days after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Miami and Florida residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express shipping is the only guarantee service we provided.
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.
We use USPS Priority Express Shipping. If your order is placed before 12 pm Eastern Time, and customer selects Express Shipping at check out, order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time will ship out next business day and received the day after that. Some areas do not offer next day shipping, if this is the case, customer will be notified.
Diva Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
We offer USPS International Shipping. International orders take 2-5 days to ship out plus 6-15 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated). Starting at just $20 for Canadian orders, and $25 international flat rate!
Please note: Diva is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Diva Boutique and cannot be refunded or resent.
In Store Pickup
We also offer an ship to store pick up delivery option for local residents who want to pick up their items in store. Items eligible for in store pickup on the same day must be purchased before 1 pm eastern time, and will be shipped from our online facilities to our Miami store location (16359 S.W. 88 street Miami, Fl. 33196) and will be available for pick up at 6 PM eastern time MONDAY-FRIDAY. Please note we have separate facilities for our online inventory and items purchased will not be available immediately.
To have your items shipped to the store, you must enter the code SHIPTOSTORE in the discount code bar at checkout. Your shipping fee will be waived, and our staff will know to ship to the store. Orders placed after 1 pm Friday and throughout the weekend for pickup will not be available in store until Monday after 6 PM. If you need an item ASAP, please contact us at (305) 383-2747 and we may be able to assist you in getting a faster pick up.
Please note your items will be held in store for you to pick up. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide. By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Diva Boutique.
