Shipping

Shipping Times (please read below for processing times and cut offs)

USPS Priority: 2-3 business days 

USPS Express: 1-2 business days (guaranteed orders before 12:30 pm est time)

USPS International: 10-15 business days 

UPS Ground: 1-5 business days 

UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (guaranteed orders before 12:30 pm est time)

DHL Worldwide Express: 1-3 business days

 

USPS 

USPS Priority Shipping is FREE if your order is over $75. 

     USPS Priority packages are processed and ship out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered.  Miami and Florida residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. USPS Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes. Please keep in mind that USPS is a government agency ad does not deliver or operate on national holidays. 

     USPS Express shipping is the only guarantee service USPS provides. USPS Express orders take 1-2 business days to be delivered. Orders must be placed BEFORE our cut off time which is 12:30 pm est time. If you place your order after 12:30 pm est time, your order will ship out next business day. If you place your order on Friday before 12:30 pm you will get it next BUSINESS day which will be Monday. 

UPS SHIPPING

By request, we are now offering UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air services to our customers.

     For UPS Ground, orders take 24-48 hours to be processed, and take 1-5 business days to be delivered depending on your area. Our site gives you an ESTIMATE on how many days it will take to be delivered to your area. Please be ADVISED that does not count the processing times (24-48 business hours and closed Saturday and Sunday). We ship out orders Monday-Friday and are closed on weekends. Ground shipping is not a guaranteed service, meaning even if our website estimate says 1 day it might not get to you in 1 day as there can be delays due to bad weather or holidays.

     UPS Next Day Air service IS GUARANTEED, however, orders must be placed BEFORE our cut off time which is 12:30 pm est time. If you place your order after 12:30 pm est time, your order will ship out next business day. If you place your order on Friday before 12:30 pm you will get it next BUSINESS day which will be Monday. 

International Shipping

We offer USPS International Shipping. All international orders take 24-48 hours to ship. USPS takes about 10-15 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated).

DHL WORLD WIDE EXPRESS is our fastest shipping speed for international shipments and take 1-3 business days depending on the area. DELAYS CAN HAPPEN AND DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS shipping times are just ESTIMATES. Shipping times for DHL CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. DHL and USPS is not available to all countries at this time. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

Please note: Diva is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about your package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Diva Boutique and cannot be refunded or resent. 

 Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it. 

Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Diva Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

In Store Pickup

We also offer an ship to store pick up delivery option for local residents who want to pick up their items in store. Items eligible for in store pickup on the same day must be purchased before 12:30 pm eastern time, and will be shipped from our online facilities to our Miami store location (16359 S.W. 88 street Miami, Fl. 33196) and will be available for pick up at 6 PM eastern time MONDAY-FRIDAY.  Please note we have separate facilities for our online inventory and items purchased will not be available immediately. 

To have your items shipped to the store, you must enter the code SHIPTOSTORE in the discount code bar at checkout. Your shipping fee will be waived, and our staff will know to ship to the store. Orders placed after 12:30 pm Friday and throughout the weekend for pickup will not be available in store until Monday after 7 PM. If you need an item ASAP, please contact us at (305) 383-2747 and we may be able to assist you in getting a faster pick up.

Please note your items will be held in store for you to pick up. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. Please bring a government issued ID to the store as it is required to release the package.  By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Diva Boutique.
