Cancellations
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Returns
Pre-order items follow our standard return policy unless otherwise stated.
Returns are issued as store credit only.
Combined Orders
If you place an order with both in-stock and pre-order items:
- In-stock items ship first
- Your pre-order will ship FREE once it arrives
If a pre-order is delayed more than 4 weeks beyond the estimated date, a refund will be offered.
