• When will a specific item be restocked?
We get emails from customers requesting restock information, but we usually don't have restock information until items arrive, if they are restocked at all. We like to keep the flow of new merchandise constantly coming in, therefore, restocks are sometimes not available. If you would like to be notified when an item is restocked, you may visit a sold out product and request to be notified when an item is back in stock via email by completing the "Email Me When Available" form. You may also comment below the picture of the item on Instagram, indicating that you would like to be notified when the item is restocked, and we will mention you in a comment when it arrives.
• What is your return policy?
We provide customers with store credit if merchandise is returned to us within 10 days of the customer having received it. We do NOT provide refunds. More information can be found online:
• I need to send an item back for store credit or an exchange. How do I do this?
Merchandise purchased online can be returned to our store location in person or mailed back to the same location within 10 days at:

All in-store returns will be issued store credit that can only be used in-store. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• I need help with sizing. Do you have a size chart?
Yes we do have a size chart. It can be found by following the link below:
Note: Models always wears small unless specified in the description. If an item runs small or big it will be listed on that description

• I want to pick up my items in store. How can I do that?
We also offer an ship to store pick up delivery option for local residents who want to pick up their items in store. Items eligible for in store pickup on the same day must be purchased before 1 pm eastern time, and will be shipped from our online facilities to our Miami store location (16359 S.W. 88 street Miami, Fl. 33196) and will be available for pick up at 6 PM eastern time MONDAY-FRIDAY. Please note we have separate facilities for our online inventory and items purchased will not be available immediately.
To have your items shipped to the store, you must enter the code SHIPTOSTORE in the discount code bar at checkout. Your shipping fee will be waived, and our staff will know to ship to the store. Orders placed after 1 pm Friday and throughout the weekend for pickup will not be available in store until Monday after 6 PM. If you need an item ASAP, please contact us at (305) 383-2747 and we may be able to assist you in getting a faster pick up.
Please note your items will be held in store for you to pick up. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide. By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Diva Boutique.
• How long does shipping take?
We offer several shipping options:
Standard Priority is 2-3 business days, but can take up to 5 days (Miami and Florida residents usually get their packages in 1 business day)
Express Shipping is 1-2 business days, depending on your area (if its more than 1 day customer is contacted and refunded if needed in one day)
International Shipping is 6-10 business days plus 2-4 days processing
