Returning an item for store credit is simple and stress-free
To get started, please CLICK HERE and select the item(s) you’d like to return.
Once you’ve chosen your return reason, you’ll be prompted to purchase a discounted return shipping label, which you can easily print at home and send back to us—no waiting for approval needed.
Important: Please include your order information inside the package. You can add a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, order number, and email so we can process your credit as quickly as possible. Credit processing is 10-15 business days or sooner and credits are sent via email in the form of a gift card, which doesn’t expire. Original shipping fees are non refundable.
All returns must be sent back to Diva Boutique within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible returns are issued store credit only — refunds are not offered.

If you selected the $1.98 USD Redo protection at checkout, your return shipping is FREE
Simply follow the same return steps above and a complimentary return label will be generated for you.
Important Notice:
Please make sure your return is dropped off with the correct shipping carrier listed on your Redo return label (for example, FedEx packages must be dropped off at an authorized FedEx location).
Packages dropped off with the incorrect carrier may become undeliverable or destroyed. Unfortunately, Diva Boutique is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect drop-offs, and store credit cannot be issued in these cases.
