RETURNS POLICY
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order.
- Store credit only. We do not provide refunds.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless defective.
- Accessories, bodysuits, lingerie, and swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- If you purchased the $1.98 Re:Do Free Returns option, your return label will be free.
- Customers who did not purchase Re:Do are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you believe your item arrived faulty, please contact us within 24 hours.
- Purchases made with Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, Paypal, or other payment providers are subject to the same policy. Your payment agreement with the provider remains in effect, and scheduled payments must still be completed.
- Diva Boutique is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect carrier drop-off.

CONDITION OF RETURN
Please take care when trying on your items.
All garments must be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or signs of wear
- With all Diva Boutique and product tags attached
- In their original packaging
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, and only tried on indoors to prevent scuffing.
