• USPS Express: 1–2 business days (guaranteed orders before 12:30 pm est time)

• UPS Ground: estimated 1–5 business days

• UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (guaranteed orders before 12:30 pm est time m-f)

• DHL Worldwide Express: estimated 1–3 business days

• Miami Local Delivery: Same day delivery by 6pm approximately

USPS Priority packages are processed and ship out in 24–48 BUSINESS hours (Monday–Friday) after order is received and take 2–3 business days to be delivered. Miami and Florida residents may receive their package in one business day.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. USPS Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes.

Please keep in mind that USPS is a government agency and does not deliver or operate on national holidays.

USPS Express shipping is the only guarantee service USPS provides. USPS Express orders take 1–2 business days to be delivered.

Orders must be placed BEFORE 12:30 pm est time. If you place your order after 12:30 pm est time, your order will ship out next business day. If you place your order on Friday before 12:30 pm, you will get it next BUSINESS day, which will be Monday.

UPS SHIPPING

By request, we are now offering UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air services to our customers.

UPS Ground Orders take 24–48 hours to be processed and 1–5 business days to be delivered depending on your area. Our site gives you an ESTIMATE on delivery time, which does not include processing times (24–48 business hours, closed Saturday and Sunday).

We ship orders Monday–Friday and are closed on weekends. Ground shipping is not a guaranteed service, and delays may occur due to bad weather or holidays.

UPS Next Day Air This service IS GUARANTEED. Orders must be placed BEFORE 12:30 pm est time.

If placed after 12:30 pm est time, orders will ship next business day. Orders placed Friday before 12:30 pm will be delivered Monday. Orders placed after 12:30 pm est on Fridays and throughout the weekend will ship Monday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer USPS International Shipping. All international orders take 24–48 hours to ship. USPS delivery time is approximately 10–15 days.

DHL and USPS are not available to all countries at this time. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

Please note: Diva is not responsible for customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days, please contact USPS or your country’s postal service.

Unclaimed packages returned to Diva Boutique cannot be refunded or resent.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information is sent via email when the label is created. Tracking may take 1–2 days or sooner to update.

Shipping fulfillment may be delayed on holidays or sale days due to high order volume. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Diva Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows DELIVERED but you did not receive it, contact USPS directly at:

All lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

LOCAL MIAMI DELIVERY

Same day local Miami delivery is available within a 15 mile radius of our fulfillment center in Doral.

• Orders must be placed before 12:30 PM est time

• Orders placed after will ship next business day

• Friday after 12:30 pm, Saturday, and Sunday orders deliver Monday

• Delivery by 6 pm EST approximately or before

If you wish to return a local delivery item, it must be shipped back to our facility. No exceptions.
