By request, we are now offering UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air services to our customers.
For UPS Ground, orders take 24-48 hours to be processed, and take 1-5 business days to be delivered depending on your area. Our site gives you an ESTIMATE on how many days it will take to be delivered to your area. Please be ADVISED that does not count the processing times (24-48 business hours and closed Saturday and Sunday). We ship out orders Monday-Friday and are closed on weekends. Ground shipping is not a guaranteed service, meaning even if our website estimate says 1 day it might not get to you in 1 day as there can be delays due to bad weather or holidays.
UPS Next Day Air service IS GUARANTEED, however, orders must be placed BEFORE our cut off time which is 12:30 pm est time. If you place your order after 12:30 pm est time, your order will ship out next business day. If you place your order on Friday before 12:30 pm you will get it next BUSINESS day which will be Monday. Our warehouse is closed on weekends therefore any orders placed after 12:30 Pm est on Fridays and throughout the weekend will ship out on Monday.
International Shipping
We offer USPS International Shipping. All international orders take 24-48 hours to ship. USPS takes about 10-15 days to be delivered. DHL WORLD WIDE EXPRESS is our fastest shipping speed for international shipments and take 1-3 business days depending on the area. DELAYS CAN HAPPEN AND DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS shipping times are just ESTIMATES. Shipping times for DHL CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. DHL and USPS is not available to all countries at this time. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.
Please note: Diva is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about your package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Diva Boutique and cannot be refunded or resent.
Tracking Information
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.
Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Diva Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
Local Miami Delivery
Now offering same day local Miami delivery within a 15 mile radius of our fulfillment center in Doral. Order must be placed before 12:30 PM est time in order to be delivered same day. Any orders placed after that time will automatically ship next business day. Orders placed Friday after 12:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday as we are closed on weekends. Order will arrive by 6 pm EST approximately or before. If you wish to return a local delivery item, it must be shipped back to our facility, no exceptions.
To initiate a return please use the MAKE A RETURN tab at the bottom of our website and select the items you are requesting to receive credit for. You do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back. Complete the return process on our website and then proceed to ship it back to us. Items must be sent back to Diva Boutique within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will given. We have extended our returns period to 30 days due to COVID to ensure our customers can safely return their packages.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Diva Boutique and product tags attached. Please fill out our exchange form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Merchandise purchased online can be returned to our warehouse location address is below. Any item not received in good conditions, free of ALL ODORS, stains, and damages will NOT be accepted and customer will be notified that they must pay reshipping fees to have the items sent back to them. Any unaccepted store credits that have not had the reshipping fees paid within 30 days will be discarded and no credit will be issued. No exceptions. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PACKAGES TO THE STORE ADDRESS. • Exchanges
At Diva Boutique, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
• Processing
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 10-15 business days to process your store credit. 15-25 during holiday seasons. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of an Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING. We will only issue credit for packages if customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, for the customers security and ours, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.
**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.
